For table ordering, guests can open a tab by scanning the QR Code on their table, and keep ordering without having to pay each time an order is brought to their table. They can close the tab to settle their bill at the end of their visit
Your guests can pay with Debit Card, Credit Card or cash to settle their bill. They can also add the tip to their payment.
The credit card information is securely stored with the guest's digital dietary persona. There is no need for them to show or tap their card.


If the guests at the table want to talk to a staff or order a glass of water they can press a button on their phone. The staff is instantly notified about the request.
For a large group seated at a table, multiple people can open a separate tab each, order their food, and pay separately.
For the kitchen staff and servers, all the items for the table are combined into a single order for convenience of processing.

Customers who have their BigZpoon Dietary Persona stored on their Mobile Phone wallets can activate the personalized menus matching their dietary requirements by tapping their phones and order from in-store kiosk stations.
These kiosks can also be installed as outdoor ordering booths for Drive-Thru lanes.
